Portal pages
Projects need portal pages, because if you haven’t operationalized your project development, you can’t scale.
A good project portal page has:
- Key things you need from the client.
- Key documents you produce (site map)
- Key collateral the client gives you (existing design properties, for example)
- Key dates for delivery.
